Honghu eco-tourism scenic spot has unique wetland cultural background, including local folk culture and red cultural connotation. It also takes high-quality natural scenic resources and rich scientific and cultural knowledge as its image, integrating natural scenery, cultural experience, leisure and entertainment. It was built in 1997 and covers an area of 5000 mu. In 2003, it was rated as the national agricultural tourism demonstration site and one hundred classic scenic spots of red tourism.
