1. These instructions are applicable to the purchase of electronic ticket products on this website.
2, using Alipay and Internet banking to pay for the ticket products of this website, we must manually verify the tickets by obtaining the ticket receipt code and SMS to the designated ticket points. If the above certificate is not provided, the ticket will not be collected.

After the ticket is booked successfully, please use the "ticket collection voucher code" (7 digits) in the successful ticket purchase SMS sent by the official ticket booking system of Honghu eco-tourism scenic spot + 4 digits after the mobile phone number of the ticket. After the ticket is booked successfully, please check the ticket at the following points on the day when the ticket is used for paper tickets: 1. Lotus Hotel Tourist Reception Center 2. Ticket office of the water transport center of the tourism terminal, 3. Ticket office of the ecological scenic spot (the latest ticket check deadline on the day when the ticket is taken is two and a half hours before the scenic spot is closed).
9. All scenic spot ticket products are only used as the admission certificate of Honghu eco-tourism scenic spot, and do not include any other entertainment and activity projects in the scenic spot (the indoor and outdoor performances in the scenic spot are friendship projects of the scenic spot, not included in the scenic spot ticket fee).
