  • Xiangexi branch of the CPC Central Committee
    The fallen walls are weathered with pheasant blossoms and mottled tin doors. This is an old revolutionary site that has been preserved. It is the seat of the West Hunan Hubei Branch of the CPC Central Committee. It was built in 1904, the thirtieth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, where Xia Xi, Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, works, Xia Xi joined the Communist Party of China in 1921. He was an important backbone in the mass movement of Hunan Province. Later, he served as the Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. He was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at the Fifth Congress of the Communist Party of China. In the spring of 1931, with the development of the revolutionary situation, the new Sixth Army and the county government of Western Hunan and Hubei of the Communist Party of China transferred from Shishou to Qujiawan.

  • The former sites of the post office and the Revolutionary Military Commission of Western Hunan and Hubei Province
    At that time, the communication industry was very difficult, mainly relying on people's travel, shipping, and horse pack. Because the Soviet Area at that time was large, involving eight base areas in the west of Hunan and Hubei, 58 counties and cities, so many postal workers gave their precious lives for this. At that time, the post office also issued its own stamps, consisting of sickles, files and Lenin's head. The back hall is the CMC office. From June 1931 to September 1932, the revolutionary forefathers of Helong and duandechang held an important military conference here, facing Comrade Helong's room. Comrade Helong arrived at Qujiawan in October 1931. He long lived in Qu Shengtao's home in Shangwan, Qujiawan, and then lived in the Military Commission. He lived with Duan Dechang until August 1932, when he worked here to command and fight.
  • The former site of Xiangexi Provincial Committee
    This is the site of the former Hunan Hubei Provincial Committee. It is 28 meters wide and 32 meters long. The ancient building covers an area of 360 square meters and a building area of 455 square meters. It belongs to a two-in-three structure. It is divided into the front hall and the back room. The two holding drum stones in front of the door are also called xiamashi. At the same time, they used to be regarded as doors. From June 1931 to September 1932, the organizational structure of the provincial Party committee was set here.
